Our Guarantee
At PS Fashion, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors or stains (e.g., makeup, perfume).
- All original designer tags and security ribbons must remain attached.
- Intimates, swimwear, and custom-tailored or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased during promotional sales (marked as Final Sale) are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our customer care team at returns@psfashion.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label (for domestic USA orders; a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For assistance with style advice or sizing, our Concierge is at your service.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery), we will send you an email notification. If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
